How to Grant Access to Your Facebook Page

Modified on Mon, 26 Jan at 9:02 AM

To manage your social media content, we need access to your Facebook Page. You can do this in two ways — whichever is easier for you:

Option 1: Through Meta Business Suite (Recommended for Business Managers)

Use this method if your Page is connected to Meta Business Suite (Business Manager).

Step-by-Step:

  1. Go to Meta Business Suite

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Settings (gear icon at the bottom).

  3. Under Users, click Partners.

  4. Click the “Add” button.

  5. Choose Give a partner access to your assets.

  6. Enter our Business Manager ID: 1017882299246740

  7. Select the Page you want to share.

  8. Under Task Access, choose Full control or select the necessary permissions.

  9. Click Save Changes.

Option 2: Directly from Your Facebook Page

Use this method if you're managing your Page without Business Manager.

Step-by-Step:

  1. Go to your Facebook Page while logged in as an Admin.

  2. In the left-hand menu, click Settings.

  3. Under the New Pages Experience, click Page Access.

  4. Find the People with Facebook access section and click Add New.

  5. Enter our email address or Facebook name marketing@shamelesspromotion.com or Shameless Lindsey. The profile will have our logo as the image. Do not add the person if the profile image is not our logo.

  6. Choose Full control access (recommended).

  7. Click Give Access and enter your password to confirm.

Final Step: Let Us Know

After you’ve completed either method, just send us a quick confirmation. We’ll take care of the rest.
