How to Grant Analytics or Website Access

Analytics & Website Access Needed

To complete your SEO Audit + Analytics Review, we’ll need access to either your Google Analytics account or, if Google Analytics is not set up, access to your website’s built-in analytics.

Option 1: Google Analytics Access (Preferred)

If you already have Google Analytics set up, please grant us access.

What we need

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) access

  • Permission level: Analyst

How to grant access

  1. Go to analytics.google.com and log in

  2. Select your website property

  3. Click Admin (gear icon, bottom left)

  4. Under Property Access Management, click Add users

  5. Add this email address: marketing@shamelesspromotion.com

  6. Select Analyst access

  7. Save

This allows us to review traffic trends, acquisition sources, engagement data, and other performance insights without making any changes to your account.

Option 2: No Google Analytics? Website Access Needed

If Google Analytics is not set up, we’ll review your site’s internal analytics instead. In this case, we’ll need temporary access to your website platform.

Squarespace

Please invite us as an admin:

  1. Log into Squarespace

  2. Go to Settings → Permissions & Ownership

  3. Click Invite Contributor

  4. Add marketing@shamelesspromotion.com

  5. Assign Administrator access

  6. Send invite

Wix

Please invite us as a contributor:

  1. Log into Wix

  2. Go to Site Settings → Roles & Permissions

  3. Click Invite People

  4. Add marketing@shamelesspromotion.com

  5. Assign Admin or Website Manager access

  6. Send invite

We will only use access to review analytics and site performance. No design or content changes will be made as part of the audit.

If You’re Unsure

If you’re not sure whether Google Analytics is installed or which option applies, that’s completely fine. Just let us know, and we’ll help you determine the best next step.

Once access is received, we’ll begin the analytics review and include findings alongside your SEO audit results.
